Wilson HTM Investment Group (Wilson) has made three senior investment hires.
The listed financial services firm has appointed David Permezel, Robert Ward and Ivor Ries to join its Melbourne-based team.
Permezel joins the firm as a senior institutional adviser from stockbroking firm EL&C Baillieu.
Prior to his time with EL&C Baillieu, he held positions with Tolhurst, JBWere and Goldman Sachs JBWere.
Ward, also a former EL&C Baillieu staffer, joins Wilson as a senior investment adviser.
Prior to his 10 years with EL&C Baillieu, Ward held positions at JBWere, McIntosh Securities (now Merrill Lynch) in New York and Hong Kong.
Reies joins Wilson as a senior research analyst. Before joining Wilson, Reies spent more than a decade as an equities analyst and 22 years as a finance journalist with Fairfax Media.
The appointments take the number of new hires for company in the last month to four.
Late last month, former managing director of JBWere joined Wilson to lead its private wealth division.
Brad Gale joined the listed financial services company as head of private wealth management and also takes a seat on the company's executive leadership team.
Gale takes the wealth reigns from Wilson managing director Andrew Coppin who previously held the position prior to his company leadership appointment in October last year.
Gale joins Wilson from JBWere and Goldman Sachs JBWere where he held senior executive positions for more than a decade.
