The role was previously held by Adam Quaife, who was recently promoted to senior director for Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Quaife will move to Dubai in August to spearhead initiatives in that region.
Based in Franklin Templeton's Sydney office, and with over 25 years' industry experience, Pratt has been working with the local institutional sales team over the past six months after joining the firm from GMO Australia, where she was the head of institutional and head of client service and marketing.
She is also chair of the New South Wales division of Women in Super and a director of the national body, a member of Finsia's Women's National Leadership Advisory Council, SuperLife and a director of the Junction Works, a not-for-profit organisation focused on disability and youth services.
