Services under the agreement will include core administration requirements, as well as an increased level of system integration, innovation, data supply and security services.
Cbus has said it will be offering stronger service levels, supported by Link.
The administrator will also develop processes and systems to support Cbus’ scale and growth.
Marianne Walker, Cbus executive for member and employer experience, said the administration contract is “one of the most important strategic partnerships” that the fund has.
