David has significant experience of the institutional and financial advice markets developed over more than 15 years as a relationship and sales leader. Previously Head of Distribution (CSB) at the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, David has extensive knowledge in helping clients achieve strategic objectives through investment management solutions. He has also held roles with Dimensional Fund Advisors and Macquarie Bank and has vast board experience across the health, NFP and government landscape. David is responsible for the distribution function at U Ethical which houses the relationship management, sales and marketing teams.

Adam is a Financial Adviser with Ethical Investment Services. He has a Master’s degree in Financial Planning from Deakin University, specialising in social responsible investment. His thesis evaluated how Australian socially responsible managed funds screen their investments.

He now enjoys helping his clients select investments that reflect their personal and ethical values.
Prior to his involvement in financial planning, Adam’s career of almost 30 years has spanned investment banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and water & environmental consultancy. 

Adam also has an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a science degree from Monash University. He came top of his year in Financial Planning at Deakin.

Adam believes that the way we chose to invest will ultimately shape the world we live in, particularly in regard to addressing the environmental and social impact of the companies we invest in.

Adam Myers is an Executive Director and leads the distribution team at Pengana. Adam also has oversight of strategic initiatives and responsibility for the quantitative and structuring capability within the group.
Adam developed an appreciation of market risk during a 15-year career trading equity derivatives, structuring derivative transactions and managing equity derivative traders.
Over the years Adam has developed a passion for ethical and sustainable investing, and has championed Pengana’s best-of-breed responsible investment Funds. He is also the investment specialist for the Pengana WHEB sustainable impact Fund.
Prior to joining Pengana, he headed the Equity Derivatives business at Investec Bank in South Africa and the Corporate Equity Structuring function at Investec Bank in Australia.

Brynn O’Brien is Executive Director of the Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility (ACCR). As Executive Director of ACCR Brynn leads a multidisciplinary team that conducts in-depth research, engages and collaborates with major institutional investors, and undertakes assertive shareholder engagement with major listed companies globally. Her purpose is to drive real world emissions reductions across these companies.
 
Brynn is an experienced lawyer and strategist, with expertise in corporate governance, shareholder engagement and stewardship. In 2022, she was named in The Australian Business Review’s Top 100 Green Power Players, and is a leading commentator on how the corporate sector navigates the climate crisis in Australian and international media.
 
Under Brynn’s stewardship, ACCR has been part of the successful blocking of the demerger of Australia’s largest corporate emitter, AGL; driven collaborative engagement between major asset owners and Japanese listed companies; and commenced a world first ‘greenwashing’ case against Australian oil and gas producer Santos.
 
Brynn sits on the supervisory board of Follow This and is a director of Diplomacy Training Program Ltd. Prior to joining ACCR in January 2017, she worked as a consultant and advisor on business and human rights projects and practised as a corporations and international lawyer. 
 
She holds a Master of Law from Columbia Law School and a dual Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Technology Sydney.

Dugald is Head of Responsible Investment & Sustainability for the broader Group. He has overall responsibility for the development and incorporation of key services across Zenith's investment research, consulting, and corporate divisions regarding responsible investment practices and the Group's own activities as a corporate citizen. He is also Chair of Zenith's Responsible Investment Committee.
Dugald has spent more than 20 years in the investment research industry and has expertise across a wide range of asset classes and investment structures. Before joining Zenith, Dugald held a range of senior fund research roles with Property Investment Research and Adviser Edge, focusing on real estate and natural resources.
