Previously Head of Distribution (CSB) at the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, David has extensive knowledge in helping clients achieve strategic objectives through investment management solutions. He has also held roles with Dimensional Fund Advisors and Macquarie Bank and has vast board experience across the health, NFP and government landscape. David is responsible for the distribution function at U Ethical which houses the relationship management, sales and marketing teams.

Adam is a Financial Adviser with Ethical Investment Services. He has a Master’s degree in Financial Planning from Deakin University, specialising in social responsible investment. His thesis evaluated how Australian socially responsible managed funds screen their investments.
He now enjoys helping his clients select investments that reflect their personal and ethical values.
Prior to his involvement in financial planning, Adam’s career of almost 30 years has spanned investment banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and water & environmental consultancy.
Adam also has an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a science degree from Monash University. He came top of his year in Financial Planning at Deakin.
Adam believes that the way we chose to invest will ultimately shape the world we live in, particularly in regard to addressing the environmental and social impact of the companies we invest in.
Adam Myers is an Executive Director and leads the distribution team at Pengana. Adam also has oversight of strategic initiatives and responsibility for the quantitative and structuring capability within the group.
Adam developed an appreciation of market risk during a 15-year career trading equity derivatives, structuring derivative transactions and managing equity derivative traders.
Over the years Adam has developed a passion for ethical and sustainable investing, and has championed Pengana’s best-of-breed responsible investment Funds. He is also the investment specialist for the Pengana WHEB sustainable impact Fund.
Prior to joining Pengana, he headed the Equity Derivatives business at Investec Bank in South Africa and the Corporate Equity Structuring function at Investec Bank in Australia.

Brynn O’Brien is Executive Director of the Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility (ACCR). As Executive Director of ACCR Brynn leads a multidisciplinary team that conducts in-depth research, engages and collaborates with major institutional investors, and undertakes assertive shareholder engagement with major listed companies globally. Her purpose is to drive real world emissions reductions across these companies.
Brynn is an experienced lawyer and strategist, with expertise in corporate governance, shareholder engagement and stewardship. In 2022, she was named in The Australian Business Review’s Top 100 Green Power Players, and is a leading commentator on how the corporate sector navigates the climate crisis in Australian and international media.
Under Brynn’s stewardship, ACCR has been part of the successful blocking of the demerger of Australia’s largest corporate emitter, AGL; driven collaborative engagement between major asset owners and Japanese listed companies; and commenced a world first ‘greenwashing’ case against Australian oil and gas producer Santos.
Brynn sits on the supervisory board of Follow This and is a director of Diplomacy Training Program Ltd. Prior to joining ACCR in January 2017, she worked as a consultant and advisor on business and human rights projects and practised as a corporations and international lawyer.
She holds a Master of Law from Columbia Law School and a dual Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Technology Sydney.
Tanya Carlson is the principal adviser at Amplify Wealth Management, a holistic financial planning firm. She is an expert in wealth creation, superannuation, separation and divorce. Kathryn joined Ethinvest in 2021 with more than 10 years’ experience as a financial adviser and having worked in the financial planning industry since 2004. Kathryn has been a Certified Financial Planner since 2008.

He has overall responsibility for the development and incorporation of key services across Zenith's investment research, consulting, and corporate divisions regarding responsible investment practices and the Group's own activities as a corporate citizen. He is also Chair of Zenith's Responsible Investment Committee.

Justin Medcalf is a Financial Adviser at Australia’s oldest ethical and impact investment advisory practice, Ethinvest, having worked in the financial planning industry since 2003.
After founding an ethical investment advisory firm in 2008, he joined forces with Ethinvest and 10 other practices to establish the Ethical Advisers’ Co-op, before launching Australia’s first responsible investment-dedicated investment platform.
Justin is the former Head of Innovation (Wealth) at Bendigo Bank and spent most of the last decade on the board of the peak ethical and responsible investment (RI) industry body, RIAA. During this time, he helped shape the mainstreaming of RI through the globally recognised Certification Program.
Simon operates at the intersection of economics, finance and sustainability and has extensive international experience as an economic adviser, investment analyst and sustainability consultant across finance, corporate and not for profit sectors.
Simon works with RIAA’s almost 500 member organisations that represent over US$29 trillion in assets, with the goal of delivering on RIAA’s mission of promoting, advocating for, and supporting approaches to responsible investment that align capital with achieving a healthy and sustainable society, environment and economy.
Simon is active across the region and internationally in responsible investment and sustainable finance initiatives. He sits as an advisory member to the Australian Sustainable Finance Institute, working group member of the Toitū Tahua Centre for Sustainable Finance, Chair of the Global Sustainable Investment Alliance, as well as a member of the National Advisory Board on Impact Investing in New Zealand.
As Head of Sustainable Investments for the Pacific, Trista Rose is responsible for FTSE Russell’s Sustainable Investment indexes, data and analytics solution across Australia and New Zealand.
Trista is passionate about climate and sustainability and joined FTSE Russell in early 2022 after working for an energy economist for a climate think tank. Amongst her prior experiences, Trista worked for investment banks in London, New York and Sydney and was part of the proprietary trading team at Macquarie bank. Trista has degrees from the University of Queensland, University of Oxford and is now pursuing a Master’s in Sustainability at University of Sydney.
Jonathan is Head of Investments, Australia. In this role, he provides an Australian based investment voice for State Street Global Advisors with our Australian clients spanning the breadth of solutions that we offer. He also provides local oversight to the Australian investment team and is a member of Australian entity boards.
Prior to his current role, Jon was Head of Retirement Solutions, Australia and was responsible for leading the development of retirement thinking and investing in Australia.
Jonathan joined State Street Global Advisors, Australia, Limited in August 2000 and was a member of the Global Portfolio Strategy team from 2000 to 2018 covering both equities and currency and serving as the Head of Portfolio Strategists for the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining SSGA, Jonathan worked as a senior asset consultant and as a superannuation actuary at NSP Buck Proprietary Limited.
Jonathan was awarded a Bachelor of Economics degree by Macquarie University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
Emily has 20+ years of experience as a partnership and program manager in the education and not-for-profit sectors, both in Australia and overseas. With a passion for building relationships and linking opportunities, Emily started her career as a teacher in London. After a few years, she transitioned into the not-for-profit sector where she worked on a variety of educational programs building partnerships between schools and corporates in the City of London. Since then, Emily has become a leader in the space, holding a number of high-profile roles in the not-for-profit partnership space. In 2021, Emily joined the team at So They Can as Partnership Manager, with responsibility for building impactful partnerships with individuals and organisations looking to make a positive difference in the world.
Sarah has over 18 years experience in the Financial Services Industry and has specialised in responsible investment advice since 2012. Sarah was trained by former United States Vice President Al Gore as a “Climate Reality Leader” in Melbourne in 2014 and acted as a mentor to new trainees at the Brisbane training in 2019. Sarah assisted the Coffs Harbour City Council to develop a Responsible Investment approach to their finances, including a successful divestment motion in 2017. Sarah was formerly the West Australian Genxt Co Chair for the Association of Financial Advisers, is a Certified Responsible Investment Adviser through the Responsible Investment Association Australasia and is registered with the Tax Practitioners Board. She was a previous Board member of the Ethical Advisers Co Op, a not-for-profit organisation that is a vocal representative on behalf of advisers and investors seeking ethical alternatives.
Nigel started his first business at 20 and sold it at 21. He then built one of Australia’s largest creative entertainment design companies within the Business Events Arena.Nigel earned his MBA with high distinction at La Trobe University, where he recently accepted an appointment as a casual lecturer.

Daniel Choo is the Head of Multi-Asset portfolio management for the Asia-Pacific region and a portfolio manager, based in Sydney. Daniel has primary responsibility for managing a number of Russell Investments’ Australian domiciled multi-asset, Australian equity funds and managed portfolios. He oversees all aspects of fund management, including design, manager selection and fund construction.
Daniel is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Sydney. He joined Russell Investments in 2012.
